Kitten shoved through the mailbox

We have never experienced anything like this before: a seven week old kitten was shoved through the mailbox of the Catboat. She was screaming at the top of her lungs in the kitchen when we arrived in the morning and opened the door. We are very curious as to how this happened but will probably never find out. Maybe she was saved from a worse fate.

We took her to the vet and she turned out to be in perfect health. She is a very cute and cuddly kitten. By now she’s had all her shots and will soon join a loving family who already has a cat. ‘Briefje’ (Little Letter) will be just fine.
